Rootsie comes to us all the way from Finigan Akitas in Warsaw, Poland. She is co-owned with us by her breeder Blanka Borowiec-Szczepanska. Rootsie is our resident LOVE BUG! She is as sweet as they come, and wants nothing more than to be loved on. She is exceptionally loving and gentle with our 4 oung children, and can usually be found laying in the floor with them as they play. Rootsie's pedigree is what caught my attention, going back to CH. Willowdeen O'PR Kyojin Kamiaki AOM on both sides. As well as CH. Goshen's Unbridled. Kyo was the Foundation of O'PR kennels, and Bronco is the sire of Ridge's Granddam Cassie. Rootsie is a substantial girl, possessing great bone and coat. Structurally she is very sound, and is extremly CLEAN coming and going. She finished her championship in style going WB/BOW/BOS for a 5 point MAJOR in Texarkana, AR. Her SECOND 5 point major to boot! She followed that up with a BOS win for a 4 point major towards her Grand Champion title, and a second place score of 96 in Rally Novice Obedience! Rootsie is the dam to our Rolla.
